- What exactly does DustOff do?
- DustOff regularly checks your website and emails you when content looks outdated: expired promotions, old years, deadlines that have passed, seasonal content in the wrong season. Website upkeep without a calendar reminder.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid year, then it expires.
- Why isn't there a big dashboard?
- Because the product is the email. You shouldn't have to visit DustOff — you should only hear from it when there's real dust on your website.
- How often is my website checked?
- Once a month on the free plan. Weekly with Pro and Agency. Unchanged pages are skipped — that keeps the effort and the cost low.
- What happens to my data?
- We store the addresses reviewed, the dusty passages and your email address. No tracking cookies, no sharing for advertising purposes. Details in our privacy policy.
- Does the free plan stay free?
- Yes. One website, checked once a month, stays free forever — even as we add paid features.
- What exactly does the AI do?
- DustOff first checks, rule by rule, for dates, years, seasonal words and deadlines. When something's ambiguous, an AI model uses its reading skill to make sense of the passage and phrase the reason. The AI never changes anything on your website.
- Is my content stored or used for training?
- We store the address reviewed, a checksum of the page, and the dusty text passages. Your content is never used to train AI models and is never read manually.
