DustOff looks through publicly reachable pages of a website and emails you the spots that read as dusty — expired offers, old years, deadlines from yesterday.

How many websites, how many pages per run and how often we look depends on your plan. The current figures are on the pricing page.

You sign up with an email address, confirmed by a verification link. Settings are reached through a personal link. Anyone holding that link can change your settings — treat it like a password.

The free plan covers one website per email address. More websites, extra recipients and team seats come with the paid plans.

You may only add websites you run or are commissioned to look after. Checking someone else's website without a mandate is not allowed.

Also not allowed: automated bulk sign-ups, working around the rate limits, reselling the reports as your own product, and any use that disrupts operations.

Prices are shown on the pricing page as final prices. Paid plans are billed yearly in advance; the yearly price equals twelve full monthly prices — there is no monthly billing.

Payments are handled by our payment provider Stripe. Access is unlocked once the payment is confirmed.

A paid plan runs for twelve months and renews for the same period unless cancelled before it ends. You can cancel any time in the settings; it takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Moving to a larger plan takes effect immediately and is billed pro rata. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of the current period.

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons — informally by email to info@getdustoff.com.

If you expressly ask us to start right away, the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided; we charge a proportionate amount for what has already been delivered.

We aim for continuous operation but owe no specific availability. Maintenance, upstream outages or the daily budget for checks can delay individual runs.

The rights to your website and its content stay with you. We process the retrieved text only to produce your report. The rights to DustOff itself — software, texts, brand and design — stay with us.

The privacy policy explains which data we process, how long we keep it and how you have it deleted.

Italian law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Bolzano.

We announce changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance by email. If you do not object, they apply from the stated date.

DustOff works with rules and AI support and delivers hints, not verified statements. It can miss spots and flag spots that are fine. You decide whether a spot is really out of date.

The reports are not legal, tax or advertising-law advice and do not replace your own review of content, prices and deadlines.

You alone are responsible for the accuracy, currency and lawfulness of the content on your website. We are not liable for damage caused by a hint that was missing, late or wrong.

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to the amount paid in the last twelve months.

We take no responsibility for external links in reports or on this website; their operators are responsible for their content.
